Office Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We do attempt to call and remind patients of their scheduled appointment, but ultimately it is the patient's responsibility to remember and put it on their calendar.
In order to provide quality care to all of our patients, we ask that patients please give 24 hour notice if unable to keep an appointment.
If a patient is a no show for a scheduled appointment, all consecutive appointments will be automatically cancelled unless the patient notifies us before the appointment.
If a patient is a no show for two (2) scheduled appointments, we will be unable to reschedule for any further appointments.
